The Boring Capital application is provided for informational and experimental purposes. By using this software, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, transactions, and risk management.

This software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cryptoassets and on-chain transactions are high risk. You can lose all funds. Confirm all transaction details in your wallet before signing.

Connecting a wallet shares its public address. A login signature proves wallet control and creates an app session; it does not authorize a transaction. Separate action signatures and on-chain transactions can authorize swaps, deposits, rebalances, withdrawals, closes, fees, and other displayed financial actions.

Quotes can expire and actual execution can differ because of price movement, slippage, fees, liquidity, network conditions, and third-party service availability. Review the final asset, amount, network, recipient, method, fee, and expiry before approving.

Wallets, chain RPCs, NEAR Intents, and 1Click are independent third-party services. The app cannot reverse an on-chain transaction, recover a lost wallet or passkey, or guarantee recovery of assets sent to the wrong address, network, or contract.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this application.
